The Rock vil prøve Shakespeare

Ambitionerne er høje.

Ved verdenspremieren på "Race to Witch Mountain" i Hollywood, fortalte Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, at han gerne vil prøve sig selv af nogle filmroller, der kan betragtes som langt mere seriøse og dramatiske end indtil videre.

"I would love to," svarede Johnson på et spørgsmål om, hvorvidt han gerne vil prøve kræfter med Shakespeare. "This is my 10th year of acting and when I first got in it I wanted to hopefully create many opportunities to work in as many different genres as I possibly could."

Han fortsatte: "I'm happy to be in that place where I'm working in many different genres and to continue to make movies that hopefully people enjoy and that they're thoroughly entertained with."

Det er altid godt at have et mål for sig selv og sin karriere, men måske sigter The Rock lidt for vidt med Shakespeare?
